A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to oversee technical complexity and improve development processes.
Key Responsibilities
Evolve TypeScript, Node.js, React, and WebSocket systems for scalability and performance
Shape system design and infrastructure with a long-term perspective
Mentor team members and enhance technical standards across projects
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional software development experience
Proven experience leading or managing engineering teams
Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and WebSocket systems
Strong understanding of system architecture and CI / CD processes
Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate technical standards
