Senior Director of UX

A company is looking for a Sr Director, UX to lead and enhance the user experience across its product suite.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a UX strategy aligned with business goals and integrate AI capabilities to optimize workflows

Inspire and mentor a high-performing UX team while managing outsourced service providers

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate user insights into features that drive business value

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or Business

12-15 years of related experience, with a significant background in product management evolving into UX leadership

8-10 years of managerial experience with a proven track record in UX leadership roles

Experience with AI / ML integration in user experience design

Proficiency in UX design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
