Our client is seeking an experienced Graphic Design & Photography Manager to join their Visual Merchandising team 100% ONSITE at their headquarters in San Francisco, CA . This role blends high-level graphic design, photography, and 3D visualization with hands-on collaboration across store communications, brand activations, and visual merchandising initiatives. Occasional travel within a 50-mile radius will be involved to support store shoots and key projects.

What You’ll Do :
- Lead creative design and layout for monthly in-store visuals, communication tools, and presentation decks
- Develop polished mockups and 3D renderings to bring retail concepts and experiences to life
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams on design collateral, props, and marketing materials for brand launches
- Execute professional studio photography and photo retouching that aligns with visual standards
- Translate merchandising strategies into compelling visual assets and tools
- Stay ahead of design and photography trends, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables
- Collaborate with partners including Marketing, Field Visual, Communications, and more to hit deadlines and business goals
- Manage timelines, workflows, and process improvements in a fast-paced setting
- Foster a creative, collaborative, and innovative team culture
- Travel locally (within 50 miles) to support store-based shoots and projects as needed
What You’ll Bring :
4–6 years of experience in graphic design, photography, and 3D rendering, ideally in retail or visual merchandisingStrong portfolio demonstrating creative design and visual storytelling (required with application)Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and 3D design tools; experience with Figma, Miro, Airtable, and SharePointSkilled in preparing print-ready files and working with print vendorsSharp organizational and project management skillsHigh attention to detail and a keen sense of design trendsStrong communicator and team collaboratorProactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for innovationComfortable with occasional local travel to support key visual projectsYou will receive the following benefits :
