Job descriptionAbout Us : The Pointe at Lifespring Senior Living is dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. We strive to ensure every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and well cared for. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team, someone who is passionate about hospitality and excels in customer service. Job Summary : The Concierge is responsible for delivering outstanding service and support to guests and residents. This role requires a proactive individual who possesses extensive knowledge of local attractions, events, dining options, and services. The Concierge will act as a liaison between guests and various service offerings, ensuring that all requests are met with a positive attitude and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities : Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries, reservations, and requests related to their stay.- Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, dining venues, entertainment options, and transportation services.- Assist in making reservations for dining, tours, spa services, and other activities.- Manage guest requests for special arrangements such as flowers, gifts, or transportation.- Stay updated on local events, promotions, and amenities to provide current information to guests.- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.- Collaborate with other hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience.- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and area.- Conduct regular inventory and ordering of concierge-related supplies and materials.- Uphold company standards and adhere to policies and procedures. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management or related degree is a plus.- Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or luxury environment.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Proficient in using concierge software, property management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
