Your role will be essential in ensuring daily upkeep, safety, and charm, contributing to an exceptional living experience for our residents.
Your Responsibilities :
- Lead daily cleaning efforts to maintain the community's allure.
- Oversee and enhance the appeal of buildings, grounds, and common areas.
- Promptly address work orders while coordinating with the Community Manager.
- Effectively communicate work order details and align tasks with leasing priorities.
- Utilize your expertise to make decisions on repairs and replacements, from carpets to tiles.
- Proactively identify and tackle community needs, fostering an enriched environment.
Your Qualities :
- Active Driver's License REQUIRED
- Leverage your maintenance experience to excel as a leader.
