DAT Freight & Analytics is seeking a Product Manager to lead the transformation of our Salesforce-based Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support processes. This role is responsible for optimizing the full revenue lifecycle - from lead generation to opportunity management, quoting, contracting, and post-sale support. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Support teams to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and eliminate operational friction. This role also owns the redesign of our Product Catalog and Price Book structure-creating a unified system that supports scalable pricing, bundling, and cross-sell motions across DAT, Trucker Tools, Outgo, and Convoy. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role that sits at the center of revenue operations and will play a key part in integrating our acquired brands into a unified go-to-market platform.
What You'll Do
The Skills and Experience You'll Bring
Experience 5+ years in Product Management or RevOps / Product Operations working with Salesforce. Proven experience improving sales processes (lead quote contract) or customer support processes. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, or Service Cloud. Experience with Product Catalog or Price Book architecture is a strong plus. Experience in post-merger integration (preferred but not required). Skills Core Product Management - Skilled in defining vision, writing PRDs / JIRA user stories, running discovery, and managing backlogs.
