As a Guest Services / Sales Associate you will create an exceptional guest experience, achieving sales goals, and willingness to engage with guests on European Wax Center services, products and wax passes.

Job Duties :
Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved
Provide a smooth check in and check out process
Schedule appointments and manage guest flow throughout the day
Assist with retail recommendations and product purchases
Prioritize guest service and satisfaction
Exceed individual, team and center goals
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the center
Job Qualifications :

- The ability to work flexible hours part-time.

- Sales Experience is preferred.
