Job descriptionBachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a supply chain (warehouse / 4walls) environment. Prior leadership positions directing Logistics Engineers in 3PL / supply chain environment 7 years’ experience in a supply chain (warehouse / 4walls) environment. Green Belt Six Sigma / Lean Certified Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients Experience in 3PL environment E-commerce experience including starting up small to large volume solutions Experience in multiple warehouse automation applications (Pick to Light, Automated Sortation, Voice Pick, conveyor design, etc.) Experience in LMS implementation and / or steady state execution Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Job Title : Industrial Engineering Manager
Location : On-site in Dallas, TX
Our client, a 3PL and warehouse provider, is looking for an Industrial Engineering Manager. This role is fully on-site and 40-50% travel.
Responsibilities :
- Keep informed of best-in-class tools and techniques needed for solution design
- Track all projects and provide communication and guidance to engineering leadership
- Determine and enlist resources required to support targeted changes in support of CI project including WMS Engineering, Operations, Human Resources, Quality, Etc.
- Analyze workflow including inbound, put away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping and VAS processes to ensure accuracy and ability to execute
- Ensures all distribution system functionality is configured to optimize performance (e.g., WMS, LMS)
- Performs special research or technical studies critical to logistic support functions
- Performs cost / benefit tradeoff analysis and develop ROI business cases for recommended projects involving process, system, or technology change
- Develops logistics engineering strategies with the engineering leadership team
- May participate in “Quality Planning” (QP) sessions with new clients validating requirements and processes
