ER has total of 14 beds, use 3 of those beds as fast track, 2 of them for internal holding (patients that have an IV lock that can't wait in the lobby), 2 trauma / code bays

Area does have high crime rate, can be very stressful environment, large population of aggressive patients, looking for someone prepared for disaster management- and have good situational awareness skills.
