Pay Range : $41.63 - $67.59 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and identify learning needs and practice gaps within the clinical team.
• Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for onboarding, competency validation, and continuing education.
• Serve as a mentor, resource, and role model for nurses and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve performance, quality, and patient safety.
• Support professional development initiatives and promote lifelong learning.
• Maintain clinical competency and participate in quality and research initiatives.
