- CV tech experience in the cardiac cath lab
- Advanced skills as a radiologic technologist with cardiovascular specialty
Description :
Call requirements include no call after 3 : 00 PM and no call on weekends.
Unit specific information includes 2 beds with a patient ratio of 1 patient.
Staffing will consist of unit secretaries and availability of techs.
Equipment utilized includes Philips and GE systems.
The documentation system in use is XPER.
Scheduling is Monday through Friday from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM with additional call from Monday 7 : 00 AM to the following Monday 7 : 00 AM.
Floating policies are in place.
Patient experience requirements need to be followed.
Procedures performed on the unit include left and right heart catheterization, pacemakers, PCI, peripheral procedures, and minimal interventional radiology.
Uniforms are provided by the hospital.
Unit-specific policies and guidelines are available for review.
Consideration for this assignment includes new equipment or technology, experienced staff, and flexible scheduling options.
