Grant Accountant - Hybrid (Aurora, IL)

$60,000-$80,000 + discretionary bonus

A mission-driven healthcare organization in Aurora is seeking a Grant Accountant to support its financial operations and grant compliance efforts. The Grant Accountant will manage grant budgets, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with leadership to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all grant-related activities.

This hybrid position (one day per week remote) requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across departments. The ideal candidate has experience with non-profit accounting , grants management , and systems such as NetSuite or Sage .

Grant Accountant Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience managing grants and preparing budgets

Strong Excel and financial reporting skills

Non-profit background preferred
