Essential Job Duties :

• Maintains supporting records for all accounting activities.
• Corresponds with team members regarding status of tasks assigned and other inquiries.
• Cross trains in other areas within the Finance department.
• Works on a variety of different accounting projects, as requested.
• Technology group support related tasks :
• Maintain / update customer records
• Process client refunds
• Work on assigned service tickets.
• Generate service invoices on a weekly basis.
• Create miscellaneous invoices and submit for approval
