Schedule : Full-time, Nights

\n \n\n \n

Shift : 7pm to 7am, 3 12-hour shifts / week, rotating weekends

\n \n\n \n

The role you'll contribute :

\n \n\n \n

The RN Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients within a med / surg patient care unit and for the day-to-day management and supervision of the related clinical activities. Services, and or designee.

\n \n\n \n

Demonstrates effective assessment skills to ensure quality patient care is provided.

\n \n\n \n

Performs and documents accurate initial assessment per unit standard.

\n \n\n \n

Consistently develops an appropriate plan of care for patient from admission to discharge.

\n \n\n \n

Establishes appropriate implementation of nursing actions to ensure competent nursing care is delivered.

\n \n\n \n

Effectively evaluates the nursing plan of care to ensure safe, competent delivery of care is provided.

\n \n\n \n

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications :

\n \n\n \n

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree.

\n \n\n \n

Active Florida or multi state RN license required.

\n \n\n \n
