Responsibilities :
- Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, regulatory compliance, and an outstanding customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of banking professionals to achieve sales, service, and performance targets.
- Serve as the branch's ambassador- cultivating deep ties within the community to increase visibility, drive growth, and expand financial access.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and implement strategies to grow deposits, loans, and long-term customer relationships.
- Partner closely with internal teams across lending operations, and marketing to align on initiatives and support branch objectives.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in retail banking, with a strong knowledge of operations, consumer lending, and compliance.Previous Branch Manager experience is required.Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
