Responsibilities :

• Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, regulatory compliance, and an outstanding customer experience.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of banking professionals to achieve sales, service, and performance targets.
• Serve as the branch's ambassador- cultivating deep ties within the community to increase visibility, drive growth, and expand financial access.
• Analyze branch performance metrics and implement strategies to grow deposits, loans, and long-term customer relationships.
• Partner closely with internal teams across lending operations, and marketing to align on initiatives and support branch objectives.
