Litigation Attorney

We serve our clients and their families in employment disputes, workplace injuries, serious injury claims, wrongful death cases, and personal injury.

Our Employment Law Division in Riverside, California seeks a civil litigation attorney to join the team. Ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate effectively and must be focused on providing quality service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a history of handling their own caseload, trial experience and be proficient in resolving cases. Salary is commensurate with expertise & previous experience and there are discretionary bonuses. This position requires on-site presence and is not available for remote work.

• Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of civil litigation experience a plus but not required.

Must be able to handle your own caseload

Must be currently licensed to practice law in California

References are required

Possess superior organizational and time-management skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to partner with other attorneys in the firm

Excellent analytical, writing, and editing skills are required
