Responsibilities Automotive Service Manager :
Oversee all service department operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and a high level of customer satisfaction.Manage and motivate a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff.Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards.Monitor financial and performance metrics, including service sales, gross profit, and CSI scores.Develop and implement strategies to achieve service department goals and improve customer retention.Maintain accurate scheduling, repair orders, and documentation processes.Collaborate with Parts and Sales departments to streamline operations and communication.Recruit, train, and mentor team members to support continuous growth and professional development.Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.Uphold company policies, safety standards, and ethical business practices at all times.Qualifications / Requirements Automotive Service Manager :
Minimum 3 5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager in a dealership or high-volume repair facility.Proven leadership, team-building, and performance management skills.Strong knowledge of automotive service operations, warranties, and repair processes.Experience with dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds, ADP, or similar) preferred.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.High level of professionalism and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment for priority consideration!Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screeningWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
