Schedule : 7 days on / 7 days off | Daytime-focused schedule | Rare night call

Locations : Two East Valley hospital coverage sites

The Position

We are expanding our inpatient neurology program and seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neuro Hospitalist to join our dedicated team. With the addition of a fourth hospitalist, the schedule will move to a true week-on / week-off rotation . This provides excellent work–life balance while offering high earning potential and flexibility throughout the day .

• Average 7–12 consults per day (with backup neurologists available to help balance workload)
• Minimal night calls; most dictations and follow-ups can be handled remotely
• Weekends are lighter, though hospital rounds and consult assignments continue
• Flexibility during the day for personal commitments, provided consults are completed or assigned
