What you’ll be doing :
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front lines of Neostella’s growth. You’ll spark conversations with potential clients, listen to understand their challenges with the status quo, and set up qualified meetings for your sales teammates, the Account Executives.
This role is all about curiosity, communication, and confidence — perfect for someone who loves talking with people and thrives in a fast-moving, goal-oriented environment. We don’t expect you to have years of experience — we’ll teach you about our product and the legal tech industry. What matters most is your attitude and drive.

Reach out to new law firm contacts via email, phone, and LinkedInResearch accounts to identify key contacts and personalize outreachManage your day in Salesforce CRM and track all tasks, activities, interactions, notes, etc.Follow up (immediately) on inbound leads to convert interest into meetingsCollaborate with your Account Executive teammates to make a smooth handoff that ensures a productive meeting for your prospectCelebrate your wins and learn from your misses — growth is part of the jobActively engage in sales training programsRequirements
