Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sourcing Specialist to join our procurement team. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, purchasing processes, and supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or cost.
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, contracts, and supplier information.
• Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to inform sourcing decisions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
