Job Responsibilities Develop client network and secure new business opportunities with customized solutions Maintain and foster close relationships with clients Analyze client needs and constantly follow their market share to target potential opportunities for growth Create plans for retaining customers Quote and negotiate prices Build and manage orders, service customer needs to ensure proper execution Utilize new selling strategies in line with new trends on market and specific needs of customers Implement new solutions for improvement of service Work Experience and Background Requirements High school education or GED 2-3 years of logistics sales experience required minimum  Analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills Ability to build strong business relationships with clients Strong decision-making skills Committed with highest standards of personal integrity Positive and energetic team player Flexible thinker, solution-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and using the Internet Benefits Competitive base salary PLUS commission plan!

On-site training program for all new employees Transportation 101  Systems Training On-site gym access and restaurant  Salary This position's starting salary is $50,000 (USD) and goes up based on experience.

Commission is 10% on all new business after draw is met!   Schedule Monday through Friday 8 :

• 00AM to 5 : 00PM Some travel maybe be required  All state and federal COVID guidelines are being followed in office.
