About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Python AI Developer to join our innovative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will design and develop intelligent systems using machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python and experience with AI frameworks and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms using Python.
Build scalable, production-grade AI/ML solutions.
Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate AI models into applications.
Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
Conduct model training, validation, and deployment.
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Python programming.
Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
Proficiency in libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, Pandas, NumPy.
Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and version control (Git).
Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
Solid understanding of software engineering practices.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Experience deploying models using Docker/Kubernetes.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools like MLflow, Airflow, SageMaker.
Experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka).
Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
