Key Responsibilities
Achieve targeted revenue and profitability benchmarks for building envelope servicesRecruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technical professionalsProvide business and technical guidance across projects to ensure quality outcomesFoster strong and lasting relationships with key clientsLead business development initiatives and secure new opportunitiesManage proposal development and negotiate expanded service agreementsMonitor project budgets, schedules, and performance indicatorsDeliver trusted technical expertise to clients and internal teams alikeQualifications & Experience
Licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect in the state of ArizonaBachelors degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years experience in building envelope consultingDemonstrated success managing both project portfolios and multidisciplinary teamsProven track record of securing and developing building envelope businessStrong written and spoken communication skillsEagerness to participate in our employee-ownership modelPosition Type : Full-time
