Summary :
We are seeking a Product Manager - Sales with proven mortgage industry experience to take full ownership of the development, enhancement, and integration of core business systems that drives sales enablement. This role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery and performance of platform features and cross-system integrations, with a strong focus on Salesforce, telephony systems, custom applications, and loan origination technologies that empower sales teams to succeed.
The ideal candidate combines technical fluency with strategic product thinking, demonstrates a strong sense of accountability, excels at managing stakeholder expectations, and is experienced in Agile development, API-driven systems, and data analysis to deliver measurable business outcomes that drive sales effectiveness. Mortgage experience and Salesforce are REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog for enterprise applications, including new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. These platforms include Salesforce, telephony, custom-built solutions, and integrations with Loan Origination Systems.
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide Agile teams through iterative development cycles.
- Apply prioritization frameworks such as WSJF (Weighted Shortest Job First), RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort), or MoSCoW to effectively prioritize features and initiatives, with a strong focus on driving growth and profitability through sales enablement.
- Identify and drive opportunity enablers that equip sales teams with the tools, insights, and capabilities needed to grow market share and expand competitive positioning.
- Align platform strategies with business objectives, identifying high-impact opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation that deliver tangible value and contribute to revenue growth and improved margins.
- Lead the full project lifecycle—from discovery to deployment—across Salesforce, telephony, and integrated systems, with a primary focus on delivering tools and capabilities that enable sales teams to work more efficiently and close more deals.
- Design and implement solutions that streamline sales workflows, reduce administrative burden, improve lead management, enhance pipeline visibility, and create competitive advantages in the marketplace.
- Proactively identify market opportunities and translate them into product features that enable sales to capture new business, penetrate new segments, and increase win rates.
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and external vendors to coordinate delivery, resolve blockers, and drive continuous improvement.
- Define and track KPIs to monitor feature adoption and evaluate business value, owning the success metrics of product initiatives with emphasis on sales productivity, conversion rates, market share growth, and revenue impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner directly with sales teams and leadership to understand workflow challenges, competitive dynamics, gather requirements, validate use cases, and translate sales needs into scalable technical solutions that drive performance and market expansion.Conduct regular sessions with sales to identify pain points, uncover market opportunities, gather feedback on existing tools, and ensure new features align with day-to-day sales activities and strategic growth objectives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, and IT to ensure alignment and deliver solutions that support cross-functional business goals while prioritizing sales enablement and market share growth.Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, taking responsibility for clear communication, alignment, and stakeholder confidence.Work with third-party solutions that enhance the enterprise technology ecosystem, owning integration outcomes with focus on sales-critical integrations.Drive system integrations through robust API planning and data mapping across platforms, ensuring consistent performance and reliability that supports seamless sales operations.User Enablement & Adoption
Lead efforts to support sales teams and internal users through targeted training, documentation, and proactive support, owning user adoption and satisfaction metrics.Champion change management initiatives to ensure sales teams fully adopt and maximize the value of new tools and features that drive competitive advantage.Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in CRM, sales automation and enterprise systems to proactively identify areas for growth.Hold accountability for initiating and leading innovative enhancements to existing platforms and processes that improve sales effectiveness, efficiency, and market competitiveness.Qualifications
Required :
3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner with a focus on enterprise systems and internal-facing applications, with demonstrated experience in sales enablement.Mortgage experience is required.Proven experience owning and delivering solutions within Salesforce is required.Proven experience working directly with sales teams and sales leadership to understand needs, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that improve sales effectiveness and enable revenue growth.Proven ability to identify and drive opportunity enablers that help sales teams grow market share and competitive positioning.Proficiency in prioritization frameworks such as WSJF (Weighted Shortest Job First), RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort), or MoSCoW to drive strategic decision-making, with demonstrated ability to prioritize initiatives based on growth and profitability objectives.Experience with call center platforms, custom applications, and Loan Origination Systems.Strong understanding of API-based systems integrations, including RESTful APIs, middleware, and data synchronization.Proficient in SQL and relational databases; capable of analyzing and querying data to inform decisions and monitor success metrics.Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects in an Agile environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable translating complex technical topics into clear, actionable concepts for non-technical audiences.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.Proven track record of implementing sales enablement solutions that measurably improve sales performance, productivity, and market share.Seniority level
