Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent. Previous shipping / receiving or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required - training provided. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain active on your feet throughout the shift. Attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork are key. Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain). Pay : $20-22 / hr , paid weekly. Health benefits and other perks available. Career development and training opportunities. About the Role
Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Technician to join a local manufacturing company. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in logistics and manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against documentation, and inspect for damages.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to load / unload materials.
- Prepare and package outgoing orders with correct labeling and paperwork.
- Organize and stage materials to support production schedules.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
