SERVPRO of Coeur d'Alene is growing! We are seeking a talented and motivated Water Restoration Supervisor to join our team. As a Restoration Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating, overseeing, and performing restoration processes to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction. Potential $500.00 sign on bonus after 90 days!

Primary Responsibilities :
Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality controlManage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfactionCommunicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activitiesThoroughly document restoration projects and support the services providedManage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projectsCommunicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team membersVerify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safetyPerform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assignedCoach and train restoration techniciansWe offer flexible scheduling options :
Shifts are four 10-hour days : Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday
Position Requirements :
Effective oral communication skillsBasic math skillsAt least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferredHigh school diploma / GEDIICRC certifications preferredAbility to wear full PPEAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning products / chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawLocation : Hayden, ID 11442 N Carisa Ct, Hayden, ID 83835, USA
