Your Role : PCAP & Portfolio Optimization Senior Analyst
The PCAP & Portfolio Optimization Senior Analyst will be responsible for taking an active part in the cross-functional Product Change Alignment Process (PCAP) improvement project team, then owning and managing the new process upon project completion. This person will also be responsible for ensuring product portfolio reviews are completed routinely by utilizing cross-functional input and managing the deliverables by ensuring communication of product deletion decisions and remediation actions are completed.

Your Responsibilities :
PCAP (Product Change Alignment Process) Coordination
Lead and implement new processes : Actively contribute to the cross-functional design of the new process replacing PCAP, own its full implementation, and ensure alignment with governance bodies and global affiliates.
Drive continuous improvement : Partner with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities, develop action plans, manage system data quality, track reviews, and participate in ongoing process evaluations.
Ensure effective communication and governance : Schedule and monitor review activities, communicate key decisions and metrics to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed to maintain transparency and accountability.
Portfolio Optimization Project Management
Drive alignment and execution : Communicate decisions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure final deletion status is achieved across all systems through the rationalization execution process.
Support strategic decision-making : Collaborate with key stakeholders to discuss rationalization business cases and assist the strategy team in managing forced rationalization processes.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications) :
Education : Bachelor degree in management, business, marketing or similar
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills : Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, effective prioritization and planning, and the ability to solve complex challenges efficiently.
Process-driven and technically proficient : Highly process-oriented with strong project management and leadership abilities, advanced computer literacy, and exceptional attention to detail in regulated, procedure-based environments.
