Key Responsibilities
Oversee employee benefit programs and lead annual open enrollment
Analyze plan performance and ensure compliance with regulations
Manage leave and absence programs, providing guidance to employees and HR partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in benefits administration or related HR specialty, preferably in healthcare
2+ years of people management experience
Strong knowledge of federal and state benefits and leave regulations
Experience with vendor management and benefit platforms
