• OGX is seeking a Lead Barista to be the front line supervisor for its Café Operations at the NYC Flagship location.
• The Lead Barista will be responsible for the daily oversight, training, and development of team members, and delivering exceptional Guest Experience.  They will be the LOD (Leader on Duty) for the retail café and must display leadership abilities while working as part of a team to yield goal-oriented results.
• This part-time position pays $21.00 per hour.
