What Youll Do :

• Design and Build AI Agents : Develop AI-powered agents and automation tools to optimize internal processes improve decision-making and enhance employee productivity.
• Prototype & Experiment : Rapidly test and iterate on generative AI applications (e.g. using LLMs embeddings or fine-tuning models) to solve real business challenges.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with business leaders to identify use cases scope technical requirements and integrate solutions with internal systems.
• Data Analysis & Modeling : Use statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights model behaviors and inform strategic recommendations.
• Evaluate & Scale : Measure the impact of deployed AI tools refine models and guide the adoption of successful pilots across the organization.
• Stay Ahead of AI Trends : Track emerging technologies in generative AI automation and data science recommending how Constant Contact can strategically leverage them.

Who You Are :

Required Skills & Experience

3 years of experience in Data Science Machine Learning or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using APIs and orchestration tools to connect AI agents with business systems (e.g. Salesforce Jira internal databases).

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and work addition some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
