Responsibilities

Proactively manage daily operations ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Serve as the main point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.

Adhere to company standards for all operations metrics

Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Collaborate with Sales to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

Have or willing to get a Property & Casualty Insurance license.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is an advantage.

Experience : Previous experience in customer service or insurance is essential.

Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Organizational Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workloads.

Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Customer-Oriented : Passionate about providing excellent customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills : Proficiency with computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
