As an Efficiency Engineer, your role will be crucial in optimizing our production and service processes. Here’s what you will be doing :

• Reviewing production schedules, engineering specifications, and process flows to gain a comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing and service methodologies.
• Identifying strategies to manufacture parts or products, or deliver services with the highest level of efficiency.
• Developing management control systems that enhance financial planning and streamline cost analysis.
• Implementing quality control procedures to address production issues and minimize costs effectively.
• Designing control systems that align activities and production planning to ensure products consistently meet quality standards.
• Collaborating with clients on product specifications, vendors on purchases, management on manufacturing capabilities, and team members regarding project statuses.
