Automotive Bdc Consultant
Position Summary : The Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Consultant is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, setting service and sales appointments, and providing exceptional customer support. This role plays a key part in building strong customer relationships and driving dealership growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls, online inquiries, and messages in a professional and timely manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, service reminders, and appointment confirmations
- Schedule and manage sales and service appointments
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Meet daily and monthly performance goals
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, or dealership experience preferredValid drivers license with a clean driving recordStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work full-time in a fast-paced dealership environmentBasic computer and CRM knowledge is a plusPositive attitude and willingness to learnBenefits :
