Marketing Operations Specialist, AWS Marketing

Drive AWS' growth through innovative lead management solutions that leverage automation, streamline processes, and empower sales teams to deliver exceptional results. Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com and a global leader in Cloud Computing, is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with experience in building and implementing lead management processes to support growth marketing programs and activities.

The role collaborates with other marketing operations specialists globally and is a trusted partner to the wider marketing and sales teams. This role has a preference to sit in Seattle, WA USA (HQ1), but can also be located in Arlington, VA USA (HQ2). Relocation offer to these locations only from within the USA only. This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with sales, marketing, and technology teams to develop solutions and scale lead management best practices globally.
• Act as a strategic advisor to marketing managers and help them define the customer engagement model via digital and human touch.
• Collaborate and develop weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews pertinent to lead management and present findings and recommendations to the marketing and sales leadership teams.
• Identify drivers of business problems and trends at their root.
• Transform customer insights into projects, features, and processes.
• Act as a single point of contact and subject matter expert on lead management processes.
