If you meet the following requirements, you will have the opportunity to make income far above the industry norm, $100,000 plus annually with 50% medical, dental and vision paid coverage offered. This is a full-time position with work year-round and an on-call rotation. Company vehicle provided.

2 years experience

Clean background and MVR

EPA Certification

NATE Certification a plus

Good communication skills

Accurately diagnose and repair HVAC equipment failures and customer home comfort issues

Present to customers information on company’s maintenance plans

Recommend new equipment as a viable option to expensive repairs. You will be trained on simple to use estimating software to present replacement options.

Service Titan a plus

Must have all tools to complete calls with 100% satisfaction. Tool Account can be negotiated.

Pay : $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
