What You\'ll Do

As a Senior Partner Manager, you will manage key businesses within one of our largest suppliers. Your consultative and strategic approach to sales and relationship building will be key to driving revenue and deepening brand connections to our customers through bespoke retail media solutions. In this role, you will :

• Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
• Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.
• Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products / solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
• Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers.
• Collaborate closely with account management partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in and ensure smooth operations.
• Travel as required to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams and agencies.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00–$216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
