The Opportunity

Alliance is looking for a Marketing Lead to own their brand and marketing strategy from the ground up.

Reporting to Roberto (Co-founder & CPO) , you will be the engine driving founder applications and the voice of the brand. You won't just be managing campaigns; you'll be executing as a hands-on individual contributor, shaping the voice of the leading accelerator in crypto for both crypto-native and Gen Z audiences.

The Role (What you'll do)

• Own and execute Alliances end-to-end marketing strategy with a primary focus on driving high-quality founder applications.
• Lead all content creation across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, the Good Game podcast (and clipping), video production, blog posts, and DAO comms.
• Run high-impact live events, such as Alliances Demo Days and MVP Hackathons.
• Shape the Alliance voice to speak authentically to both crypto-native founders and Gen Z audiences.
• Launch creative, data-driven campaigns that put Alliance at the center of founder culture in NYC and globally.
• Manage external contractors (video, photo, editing) as needed to scale execution.
• Track, analyze, and optimize all campaign performance.

Who You Are (What you'll bring)

We are looking for someone crypto-native and entrepreneurial , with a knack for speaking authentically to founders . You should be an extremely high-agency, hands-on executor. This is not an entry-level role.
