CVS Health is seeking a strategic and influential leader to serve as Associate Vice President, Life Sciences Innovation, focused on deepening partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers. This executive will act as the primary liaison between CVS Health and senior leadership at pharmaceutical manufacturers, translating their business objectives into innovative, data-driven collaboration opportunities that deliver mutual value and improve patient access to therapies.

Key responsibilities include :

• Represent CVS Health with credibility and confidence in high-level discussions with pharmaceutical executives, cultivating trusted, long-term relationships that result in new strategic partnerships annually.
• Translate manufacturer needs and market signals into actionable business opportunities aligned with CVS Health's capabilities and growth priorities.
• Collaborate with life sciences companies to design and pilot patient and provider engagement programs that address unmet needs and demonstrate product value, with new pilots and measurable improvements in patient adherence or satisfaction.
• Partner with trade negotiators to ensure patient access to complex and limited-distribution therapies, leveraging CVS Health's franchise framework and end-to-end support, resulting in measurable increase in therapy access across key therapeutic areas.
• Lead the development of insights publications and executive briefings on manufacturer strategy and drug pipeline trends with quarterly deliverables that reach 500+ industry stakeholders.
• Synthesize internal and external intelligenceincluding market share, pipeline, and channel dynamics to inform CVS Health's strategic positioning and support enterprise-level decisions.

Qualifications & expertise :

Pay Range : $157,800.00 - $363,936.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
