Description
Home Health facility needs an experienced Advanced Practice Provider for Full-time / Adult Primary Care patient population.
In the field seeing patients for primary care adult, home health and some remote admin time. 40 hours total; M-F 8-5. Occasional suture / staple removal, I&D, injections.
30 mile radius Lakewood / Olympia. We pay mileage for greater than 30 miles one way (to or from home) and mileage between stops.
