We are seeking a high-energy Training Specialist to join our team in Dallas. In this role, you will deliver engaging training programs that accelerate mortgage sales professionals readiness, sharpen their sales skills, and strengthen compliance. Using our TellShowDoPracticeReview model, youll coach professionals through real-world mortgage scenarios, helping them gain confidence using Tinman technology and drive business results.

This is more than a stand-and-train job youll be a mentor, culture-bearer, and performance multiplier.
