POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) :
Alutiiq Career Ventures, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opportunity for a Senior Training Specialist in Arlington, VA. The Senior Training Specialist serves as the on-site lead for the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) contract, overseeing a team of five Training Specialists and ensuring successful day-to-day performance. This role combines curriculum expertise with supervisory authority, requiring independent judgment to manage staff, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure training effectiveness. The Senior Training Specialist is the primary daily point of contact with the customer, representing the Contract Manager in routine communications and operational matters, while the Program Manager retains overall responsibility for contract execution.
