Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Bilingual Warehouse Manager , fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of warehouse management experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory, and managing a team of warehouse employees.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage all warehouse operations

Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff

Perform and coordinate inventory control and regular cycle counts

Ensure accurate pallet placement and efficient warehouse organization

Utilize Excel and other systems to maintain records and track performance

Monitor inbound / outbound shipments and order accuracy

Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

Requirements :

5+ years of warehouse management experience

Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish

Strong team leadership and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer use

Experienced with inventory management and cycle count procedures

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
