Job Summary:

The Cloud Practice Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the cloud practice. This includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating resources, tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and assisting with reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a foundational understanding of cloud technologies and service delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice Operations Support

  Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, training sessions, and workshops.Maintain and update cloud practice documentation, templates, and knowledge base.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilization metrics.

• Resource Coordination

  Support onboarding and offboarding of cloud team members.Maintain resource allocation and availability records.Coordinate with HR and finance for staffing and billing matters.

• Project and Portfolio Management

  Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Assist in preparing status reports and dashboards for leadership.Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.

• Financial and Contractual Support

  Help manage budgets, forecasts, and expense tracking.Support contract administration and renewals.Liaise with procurement and legal teams as needed.

• Tool and Platform Administration

  Maintain access and permissions for cloud platforms and collaboration tools.Support license management and usage tracking.Assist with audits and security reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in IT or cloud services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:

$137,400 - 233,600 USD
