Overview

As the City Operations Manager for Las Vegas, you will be responsible for launching and managing Bliq's driverless ride-hailing service in the region. Your role involves establishing operational frameworks, ensuring fleet efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and safe mobility experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the local operations hub, including facilities for vehicle storage, maintenance, and staff coordination.
• Manage vehicle delivery, hardware retrofit, and setup with suppliers.
• Oversee vehicle cleaning, charging, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal fleet performance.
• Act as the first responder for on-ground incidents or technical malfunctions, ensuring swift resolution and minimal service disruption.
• Coordinate with central tech and marketing teams in Berlin to align local operations with global strategies and product developments.
• Engage with local regulators and insurance entities to ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
• Monitor KPIs to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
