Compensation and Hours
- Compensation : $62,000 - $130,000 per year
- 4 / 10 hour shifts available
- Must be available to rotate some Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on Repair Orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs
- Communicate with parts dept to obtain parts to perform repairs
- Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to complete the job in a timely manner
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with employers' values in all interactions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on work experience as Automotive Technician in a reputable shop (preferably OEM dealership or franchise) environment preferred
- Strong mechanical & electrical diagnostic aptitude and hands on skill preferred
- High volume mentality
- Proficiency in basic computer skills required
- Positive attitude
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid Washington State Driver's License (or ability to obtain upon relocation)
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to drive a manual
