Shift : Friday-Sunday (6a-6p),Friday-Sunday

The Digital Finisher Operator is responsible for producing printed orders in the most efficient manner, maximizing time while minimizing waste; setting up the press, including the installation of paper, cylinders, perf wheels / blades and ink to print quality product that meets production and customer specifications; making adjustments to speed, tension, ink, viscosities, etc. as needed to achieve high standards of quality printed product.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Sets up and prints label jobs on printing press with minimal waste in a specific priority order determined by the Press Supervisor
• Completes daily score sheets by recording the amount and type of work performed
• Cleans printing press at the end of each shift
• Maintains press and other equipment
• Performs other duties as assigned
