Our work depends on a Ship Integration & Test (SI&T) Senior Design Engineer/ Integrator joining our team to support the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) activities.

As a SI&T Senior Design Engineer/ Integrator supporting PEO IWS, you will be trusted to bring together a multi-disciplinary team that is geographically dispersed to provide engineering planning, design, integration, installation, and test of Aegis Combat Systems (ACS) onboard ships post-construction and during maintenance availabilities. This senior position will be tied to both Program Management and Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and integration of the technical products (Space Arrangements, Electrical Products, HVAC impacts, Electrical impacts, Electronic Cooling Water impacts, etc.) that comprise a complete Technical Data Package (TDP). Interfaces with the government sponsor to take direction on products requiring development and keeps the government POC informed of progress and TDP delivery dates. Organizes design agent’s resources to ensure effective production of goods and/or services. Provides work direction, resolves problems, prepares schedules, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work. Prepares reports and records for the government as required.
