The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead EverVet’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance management activities across both corporate and hospital operations. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role that will shape how financial insights drive decision-making at all levels of the organization—from site-level operators to board / investor stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of strong financial acumen, experience in a private-equity backed multi-site healthcare business, and advanced financial modeling and analysis expertise. The ability to connect operational drivers to financial performance will be critical. Candidates should also bring proven working knowledge of ERP and BI systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Dayforce, Solver, and Power BI to create scalable, data-driven processes.
