The Manager Talent & Culture will set the vision and lead the design, execution, and continuous evolution of our enterprise-wide talent and culture strategy. This leader will champion initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, develop top-tier talent, and embed our core values into every aspect of the employee experience. Serving as a thought partner to business leaders, the Manager Talent & Culture will align people practices with business goals, ensuring we attract, grow, and retain exceptional talent while fostering a culture that accelerates performance and belonging.
