AI & ML Developer

Role name : Lead Role Description : IT Experience : 10+ yearsAI & ML Experience : 2+ years Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development, validation, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models.
• Design and implement MLOps solutions for continuous development, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) embedded solutions across various use cases.
• Conduct rapid experimentation of GenAI use cases using Azure cloud AI and data services.
• Utilize open-source solutions for the development and deployment of GenAI embedded solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Required Skillset :
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing AI-enabled solutions.
• Expert-level competency in Python.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge and experience in developing GenAI embedded solutions.
• Experience with AI cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience with MLOps frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with open-source AI and machine learning libraries.
